Lily grew up in Surrey, the daughter of a Geordie music-obsessed man and a Welsh mother who discovered she was expecting whilst appearing in Brecht's The Caucasian Chalk Circle. Despite "Take You Daughter To The Slaughter" being the UK no.1 on her birthday, Lily grew up fast and certainly did keep up the family trait of creativity.

At age 6 she was cast as the titular role in "Le Petite Poule Rouge". If truth be told, she was actually offered the role of understudy initially but was delighted to be promoted and still hopes that Jennifer enjoyed her holiday in Spain with the family.

Soon after she joined her local part time theatre school and she has never looked back. Training hard at both the BRIT School and Mountview and then developing a career in this tough old business she never forgot the importance of humour and creativity. Lily is fanatical about new writing and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in performance.
